Saad Ullah is one of the bright graduates of NUST Institute of Civil Engineering (NICE) selected for a fully-funded Doctoral program in Geotechnical Engineering at George Mason University (GMU), Fairfax, USA.
During Summer 2014, he was among the top 10 students selected from all over the world for a summer research program at George Mason University, USA. He successfully accomplished his research goals during the stipulated time period, and his research adviser showed interest in pursuing his case for a PhD Program in Spring 2015.
Saad Ullah is now a successful PhD student, acting as a Graduate Research Assistant at Volgenau School of Engineering, GMU. His research project is being funded by US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), in collaboration with Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
