One of TIC's finest start-up ‘Orbit’ has made it big yet again. Aiming to revolutionise the learning process by using AR/VR to create 3D visualisations of key STEM concepts, Orbit were recently selected by LearnLaunch Accelerator in Boston, USA, as one of only nine start-ups out of hundreds of applicants from all over the world.
LearnLaunch is a leading Ed-Tech start-up Programme that has 150+ mentors in their network. Their Boost programme held in Boston, Massachusetts, is a three-month long residential programme, designed to help early stage Ed-Tech start-ups by providing the most promising educational technology start-ups worldwide, with all the tools necessary to grow into a successful business. During the programme, the start-ups are immersed in a community of like-minded professionals committed to help them grow their ventures. The programme also provides seed funding to the start-ups and culminates with presentations at the LearnLaunch Accelerator Demo Day.
