Workshop on Go to Market Strategy Turning Plans to Performance

So you have done your market research, assessed the customers' need and have successfully created a product, congratulations! Now how do you go about rolling out your product in the market? How do you successfully launch it? How can you avoid pitfalls?

In order to help entrepreneurs address these difficult questions, NUST Technology Incubation Centre (TIC) organised a training session on "Go to Market Strategy - Turning Plans to Performance”, conducted by Mr Zulfiqar Qazilbash, CEO and Consultant at Islamabad Consultancy, held at NUST Islamabad campus on April 16, 2019. In this training session, the secrets of starting and sustaining a dream venture were shared.

Mr Zulfiqar Qazilbash is a seasoned entrepreneur who has established hi-tech companies in the US, Middle East and Pakistan. He is one of the few Pakistanis who has successfully raised $81M venture capital. He turned his start-up in to a global corporation. As a consultant, he has been heavily involved in market research, partner development and business planning activities in the e-education, e-healthcare and related development sectors. Previously, he was employed as Vice President Commercial for Transworld Associates which is Pakistan's APEX company for internet backhaul services. Under his leadership the company reached #1 status in the market. He is on the Board of Directors in TIE Islamabad and is a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary Club, Islamabad.
